From these centres, projects are coordinated from the first design to implementation by seasoned engineers with years of experience who know how to deal with track challenges.

Take, for example, our DFS Competence Centre, where our worldwide Direct Fastening System projects are supported from. Recently, the Centre was involved in an appealing railway project in Argentina.

For the track refurbishment project at Retiro Station in Buenos Aires, our DFS engineers worked closely with their engineering and construction partners at PANEDILE. Together, they developed the track design, supervised the alignment and installation to ensure the high requirements of track quality were realised according to the design and planning.

2.8 km of edilon)(sedra DFS track were implemented during a short possession time, securing train operation for many years to come.
